Yes, you read that correctly. According to a new report from Bloomberg's Cecilia D'Anastasio, Riot Games has been working in secrecy on a completely new version of League of Legends, internally titled League Next. In the report, D'Anastasio says that five current and former Riot Games employees told them that League Next is set to be the "biggest update in the title's history", and is set to release in 2027.
