Have you ever wondered how many trees are going to be in The Elder Scrolls 6? Me neither, but Bethesda boss Todd Howard has offered us a relative estimate regardless. The famed RPG series' sixth entry was infamously teased back in 2018, with virtually no official information revealed since, but we now know a tiny bit about its foliage.
The Elder Scrolls 6 producer Todd Howard made a cameo near the end of a brilliant YouTube video from Any Austin on the number of trees in Skyrim. Howard was asked to guess how many trees are in Skyrim, and he cheekily estimated there would be 111,111 – a reference to the game's release date, November 11, 2011. But Any Austin also asked him whether The Elder Scrolls 6 will have more or less trees than Skyrim, to which Howard replied there will be "most definitely more."
I highly recommend watching Any Austin's video above; he conducts a few rather interesting surveys to determine how many trees are in Skyrim before consulting the game files for the actual number (and a guessing competition with other YouTubers results in a very generous donation to charity).
