Xbox is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a brand-new logo commemorating two-and-a-half decades of the platform. Xbox’s 25th anniversary technically isn’t until the end of November, but there are already plenty of reasons to acknowledge what a fantastic run the platform has had thus far and an abundance of reasons why fans should be excited to look ahead.
In a post on LinkedIn, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer shared a quick video to honor this milestone moment, as well as remind Xbox fans that there is a highly anticipated Developer Direct airing later this month. Plus, with games like Halo: Campaign Evolved or Gears of War: E-Day also on the horizon this year, 2026 truly is slated to be a big year for Xbox.
