After one of the longest development cycles in the series, Resident Evil Requiem is finally only weeks away from release, but Capcom already seems to be planning ahead for the future of the iconic horror franchise. Despite rumors that the next entry in the series will be a remake of Resident Evil Code Veronica, a recent post by a Resident Evil cast member could be hinting at a different game being announced even sooner.
In a social media post on X, Eva La Dare, the voice actress for Resident Evil 5's Sheva, vaguely teased that she will be a part of something relating to the series' 30th anniversary in March. While this could just hint towards a simple celebration event for the series, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that a brand new remake announcement could be on the horizon as well.
More to follow.
