Legend Of Zelda Freebies Available Now As 40th Anniversary Kicks Off

The Legend Of Zelda's 40th anniversary is officially in full swing. Ahead of its February Birthday, we've already gotten a good look at the special new LEGO set based on Ocarina of Time, plus a bevy of special free downloads that fans can go ahead and claim right now, assuming they meet the specific criterias.

As I'm sure you already know, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has returned in a big way this year with a massive free 3.0 update. This is a feature-packed upgrade for the 2020 game, but one of my favorite new things is that it comes with 30 new freebies based on The Legend of Zelda.

Now, I should stress these freebies come with the caveat that you do need at least one Legend of Zelda Amiibo. Assuming you have one knocking around, gaining access to all the new Zelda items is a walk in the park. To grab your goodies, you'll want to head to the Nook Stop at Town Hall and select the option to invite a camper with an Amiibo.
