Just In Time For The Fallout Show, Bethesda Broke Fallout 76 With A Hotfix

Fallout 76 got a hotfix on January 20, with the intention of making improvements to the game while many return in time for the Fallout show. Instead, it sounds like the upgrade broke everything, and players are begging for a new patch to fix the mess.

Players are reporting a whole host of problems, whether it's their weapons breaking after a single use, armour no longer working after a fast travel, or quest items disappearing. Bethesda is aware of these issues and is working on a fix, but right now, it's unclear how long the game will be in this state.

Taking a look online, an issue that players ran into almost immediately concerned CAMPs, the player home system. Many are finding that everything in the build menu is greyed out, so they can't actually do anything with their portable homes. Bethesda Support has said that it is aware of this, so a fix is in the works.

But that is far from the only issue that players have with this update. As you can see in the post above, there's a long list of bugs that are being attributed to the update.
