Pokémon Legends Z-A has added enough content since launch, including the paid Mega Dimension DLC, that it's sometimes easy to forget the game is only a few months old. Between free Mystery Gifts and other small but regular additions, the game is always evolving (pun intended). Now, the latest free update for Legends: Z-A has arrived, and it fixes one majorly annoying problem.
Called Version 2.0.1, the update went live on January 21, 2026. It fixed a few bugs and also made some much-needed adjustments for obtaining certain items like Berries. The full update details, which were revealed over on the official Nintendo website, can also be found below.
The most eye-grabbing change here in Version 2.0.1 is that you can now purchase Berries from a food stall. Previously, if you wanted more Berries, you'd need to farm various wormholes in Hyperspace Lumiose. This wasn't necessarily hard, but it was annoying and repetitive. And it also got pretty boring.
