Sonic Terror is a New Game That Mixes Rock Tour and Turn-Based Tactical RPG

Developer Book Burner Games and publisher Human Qube Games have announced Sonic Terror, a brand-new RPG. The title is in development for PC and the team plans to release it later on consoles, but more details, including confirmation of which systems it'll be on and the launch timing.

Spreading Music as an Act of Rebellion

Sonic Terror is a tactical RPG that tells the story of an outlaw rock band with the same name. The group is currently traveling through a totalitarian Republic controlled by aliens that snatch bodies. The game takes place in an alternative 1984 period that tries to present sci-fi elements in a somewhat grounded fashion.

To deal with the alien overlords, the Sonic Terror band has one unique weapon: music. Their riffs, drum strikes and other music playing work as moves that can damage these enemies and bring the player ever closer to defeating all of them once and for all.
