WWE Announces WWE 2K26: Attitude Era Edition

Last year, WWE 2K25 was announced during the Raw on Netflix debut, and this year, we've seen WWE 2K26 get announced during SmackDown. WWE took to social media to showcase a trailer for WWE 2K26's Attitude Era Edition, primariliy focusing on clips of that era and also a bit of 2003 in there too. The trailer showcases a series of Superstars that we've seen in the games over the years, and at least so far, there don't appear to be surprises in the Attitude Era fold. From the trailer, we know that Trish Stratus, Stephanie McMahon, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, The Rock, The Undertaker, Kane, Chyna, Triple H and Mankind will be in it. WWE 2K26 will seemingly be the greatest modern gaming tribute to the Attitude era yet.

The inclusion of Mankind in the footage of the 1998 Hell in a Cell match without any blurring would seem to indicate that Foley is in and given that he's allowing his WWE Legends deal to expire, this may be the final game appearance he makes.
