Every month, PlayStation Plus subscribers can look forward to a fresh batch of free games. The PS Plus free game lineups vary dramatically in terms of quality and appeal, but there's no denying that subscribers to the service get their money's worth by the time the year is out.
The free PS Plus games for January 2026, which are still available at the time of this writing and will be up for grabs until Monday, February 2, are Need for Speed Unbound, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, and Core Keeper. Need for Speed Unbound is a racing game with a striking visual art style, while Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is a remake of a classic Wii 3D platformer starring Mickey Mouse. Core Keeper, meanwhile, is a co-op survival game that has drawn comparisons to titles like Minecraft and Stardew Valley and earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its release.
