I am not a creative person. I am the guy who almost always defaults to the generic character creator in an RPG. If I'm forced to customize a character, I generally hand over the controller to my wife and let her go to town.
With that being said, I fully understand that there are a lot of passionate creators out there, especially when it comes to the WWE 2K franchise. One thing that stood out to me last year was the massive amount of incredible options online, such as wrestlers like Joe Hendry who weren't in the game.
However, creators have felt hampered over the years by various limitations within the games. Thankfully, WWE 2K26 has some big things in store for them: Visual Concepts has confirmed that they are doubling the number of slots for Create a Superstar (100 to 200), as well as doubling the number of slots for Create an Image (1000 to 2000).
It's all part of an initiative this year to deliver "unprecedented freedom" in WWE 2K26, allowing fans to design the Superstars, arenas, and more.
