As audiences count down the final days until the launch of Resident Evil Requiem on February 27, one of the most prominent leakers in the Resident Evil community has responded to rumors of franchise favorites Ada Wong and Chris Redfield potentially making a big return in the new game, though fans may be disappointed to hear that the alleged character appearances are a "fake leak." Resident Evil Requiem has already officially confirmed the highly-anticipated return of Leon S. Kennedy, who will co-star alongside new protagonist Grace Ashcroft, and despite broad assumptions about Ada and Leon's connections throughout the franchise and undeniable importance of Chris Redfield, fans should hold off on expecting to see either of the two in Requiem.
