Steam is easily the most popular digital storefront platform for PC gamers out there, partially because of the constant discounts and free games that are put on offer throughout the year. As part of an ongoing weekly promotion, it will make select titles free for a limited time, and there's one 9/10 game available to play for free for the week.
Players can download and play Hellcard on Steam entirely for free until February 9, a game that currently has roughly 90% Very Positive ratings among players on the platform. Hellcard was actually made available for free last week as well, and while that promotion ended earlier this week, it appears Steam is giving players another chance to check it out by making it free again until next Monday.
It's somewhat rare that Steam would double down on its free offer for a game, but it seems like they really want players to try Hellcard for free this month. Last week's promotion on Hellcard expired on Monday, February 2, and just two days later it was re-listed for a new free promotion that will last until next Monday, February 9.
