A delightful surprise revealed that The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2. It was the final reveal of February 5's Nintendo Direct, joining Bethesda-published peers Fallout 4 and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in coming to Nintendo's latest platform.
Oblivion Remastered will release for the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026; no exact date has yet been given. Its highly-anticipated release in 2025 for other platforms was an open secret after numerous leaks, but a tight lid this time turned Oblivion Remastered into an unexpected finale for the Direct.
