Capcom’s next chapter in survival horror, Resident Evil Requiem, launches on February 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. Here’s when you can expect to start playing.
Console versions unlock at midnight local time on February 27, 2026, with some earlier access in North America due to regional time zones.
Since you can pre-load on all of the consoles, I’d take advantage of it as the game clocks in at 69 GB on PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. While the Switch 2 version is much smaller, clocking in at 29GB.
The PC version launches simultaneously worldwide, meaning players gain access at the exact same moment globally.
The PC version of Resident Evil Requiem clocks in at 73GB, so it may take some time to download. Thankfully, you pre-load the game on both the Epic Games Store and Steam.
