Marvel Games and Limited Run Games have announced MARVEL MaXimum Collection, a retro compilation that pulls together six classic Marvel titles from the arcade, 8-bit, and 16-bit eras. The collection was created in collaboration with Konami Digital Entertainment and is headed to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via Steam.
This isn’t just one version of each game either. In several cases, you’re getting the arcade and console releases bundled together.

Ok… yes, I am a bit disappointed that that horrible Atari 2600 version of Spider-Man and the Sega Genesis version if X-Men aren’t being included. But c’mon, Maximum Carnage. Who can say no to perhaps the best retro Spider-Man game that has ever been. Ok, maybe that’s the nostalgia speaking.
