The Old Gods hunger, although to be fair so does every single other life form out there. The problem is that the bigger the creature, the bigger the intake needed to sustain it, and when you take power levels into account the needs grow far beyond proportion to the physical size. The Old Gods are huge and powerful, but while rampaging across creation devouring all reality is certainly an option it's also pointlessly destructive and maybe not all that rewarding, flavor-wise. Gods deserve better than a wrung-out world's life force seasoned with the blood, bones, and fear of its residents, which sounds metal as hell but has nowhere near the flavor depth of a simple pasta dish. As the newest member of the kitchen brigade responsible for keeping the old gods fed, you'll need to harvest ingredients and prepare them just right to stave off the consequences of their hunger.
