Battlefield Studios has provided fans with an update on future updates coming to Battlefield 6 and Battlefield REDSEC, while also confirming that the highly requested Battle Royale Solos mode will be available to test between March 6 and 9. Similar to Call of Duty: Warzone, REDSEC is the free-to-play counterpart to Battlefield 6, but ever since its launch late last year, fans have been begging the developer to add a solos mode. Finally, after months of requests, it looks like the community's wish is finally coming true.
While Battlefield 6 got off to a flying start when it released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC back in October, the shooter has been on a steady decline ever since. With fans having a lot to say about the game's very first season, developer Battlefield Studios made the decision to delay Battlefield 6 Season 2 by an entire month. The studio said this allowed them to further refine and polish the content coming in the game's second season, which eventually launched on February 17. Now, nearly two weeks later, Battlefield Studios has reflected on the update's release and given fans new details on future changes and content.
