Just this past week, we finally got confirmation that the 10th Generation of Pokémon is imminent. Pokémon Winds & Waves will arrive in 2027, and as a result, Scarlet & Violet will be winding down.

Right now in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, we're in the 40th-ranked season. Typically, these seasonal drops include free bonuses and items as rewards, but that is coming to a close very soon. Based on reports, it seems like Season 41 will be the end of ranked Pokémon as we know it in Scarlet & Violet.
Season 41 will start on April 1, 2026, and will be the last ranked update. After that, the game will no longer support seasonal updates.
