Following the news that PlayStation exclusives will no longer be receiving PC ports in an attempt to push single-platform releases, Sony is back with yet another announcement. Announced just today, Sony has unveiled its 'PC Ready' controller, and yes, this does seem quite confusing considering the recent news.

Put simply, the brand-new DualSense looks exactly the same as its previous iterations. The only difference is that it comes alongside a USB port, allowing users to connect it to their computer. Offering a "simple set-up" and "unmissable immersion", the PC Ready controller is priced at a whopping $74.99, meaning that customers will be paying an extra $10 just for a single USB port.

However, that is not all, as the new DualSense also promises improved haptics and triggers, allowing players to feel "every drop and blast" and "real tension at your fingertips." Whether this is worth the extra money, however, remains to be seen.

Following the news that future PlayStation 5 exclusives will no longer receive a PC port, highly anticipated titles such as Marvel's Wolverine and Saros will remain firmly on the Sony console, leaving PC players in the dust. This makes it all the more confusing...
