Fallout 5 Cyberpunk 2077-Style Lifepaths Leave Gamers Split

The Fallout franchise is on the tip of a lot of people's tongues right now, with more ways to get involved than ever. From tabletop games to the adaptation on Prime Video, it's a great time to be a fan, but the games remain at the core of its identity, both in the past and moving forward.

It has been more than a decade since the last game in the single-player series dropped, and Fallout 4 remains a great game to return to in 2026, but it's understandable that players are looking for something new at this point.

The obvious solution to that is the release of Fallout 5, but we know very little about what a potential sequel might look like. That leaves a vacuum behind that's rife to be filled with speculation from the community, and there's one area in particular that could be due some attention from the developer.
