First LEGO Pokemon Set With Minifigs Detailed in New Leak

One of LEGO's upcoming Pokemon sets will reportedly take the form of a giant Poke Ball accompanied by minifigures. The set is currently LEGO's only rumored Pokemon product expected to include minifigs.

The LEGO Pokemon theme was officially launched in early 2026 with three sets: 72151 Eevee ($59.99), 72152 Pikachu and Poke Ball ($199.99), and 72153 Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise ($649.99). All three were unveiled in January and hit store shelves in March 2026. They were joined by 40892 Kanto Region Badge Collection and 40911 Mini Pokemon Center, both available through LEGO’s regular "Gift with Purchase" promotions. Despite their wide differences in price and piece count, the five sets have one thing in common: none of them include minifigures, one of the most recognizable elements of LEGO's modern offerings.

25 new LEGO sets spanning 12 themes are available for purchase as of March 1, with plenty more being set to follow later this month.
