Gamers can enjoy Fortnite without spending a cent on it, as it is a free-to-play game without any pay-to-win elements. However, many players enjoy the perks that V-Bucks, its in-game currency, can give them. With V-Bucks, players can purchase cosmetics and the game's various passes, which feature fun challenges and unique rewards.
Over the years, many changes have been made to V-Bucks. The cost of V-Bucks has been adjusted several times across many regions of the world. In 2023, Save the World Founders lost access to the Daily Login Rewards system, which would make it possible for them to earn free V-Bucks every now and then simply by logging into the game. Even though this angered some fans, Epic Games was able to keep the situation at bay by countering it with additional Daily Quest Rewards. Besides this, Epic also increased the price of the Battle Pass by 50 V-Bucks.
