One of the longest running plotlines in Lost Ark comes in the form of Kazeros. This big baddy has been behind everything bad that has been going on since, essentially the creation of Lost Ark, with him leading the Legion Commanders and the demon horde into Arkesia.
Well, it looks like his chapter is finally coming to a close. While he was defeated late last year with the Denouement raid, he escaped as Vairgrys followed into the depths for one last confrontation. This is where the latest patch is picking up, as the March 2026 update is coming with not only the conclusion of the main story, ushering us into the next clown-filled shenanigans, but also various quality-of-life improvements.

As mentioned, one of the biggest additions to the March update is the “Facing the Ends of the Abyss” questline. This will put an end to the Kazeros story, giving us the conclusion fans have been waiting for ever since Lost Ark’s story began.
