A new RPG on Steam that blends Final Fantasy with The Legend of Zelda can be tried out for free right now, ahead of its upcoming release. We are still in March, but it’s already proven to be a great year for RPGs. Aside from the highly anticipated release of Fable, for example, and the eagerness around both The Witcher 4, The Elder Scrolls 6, and Divinity, there are several smaller games within the genre that are coming out and are proving to be quite surprising.
An example of a promising new RPG is Ghostforged, created by Wardwell Games. The indie title has yet to receive a definitive release date or release window, but players can already check out Ghostforged for free via its playable demo. Available on Steam, the demo can be downloaded without any extra costs, and playing it will give you a better understanding of both the story being told and the gameplay mechanics inspired by classics.
