Sony has pulled back the curtain on the set of PS Plus games coming to the Extra and Premium tiers on March 17, with the headlining game being Persona 5 Royal, alongside an additional 7 games. Not only is Persona 5 Royal a highly reviewed game, but it can also take 100+ hours to complete, meaning PS Plus subscribers who play it are certainly getting the price of their subscription out of it.
It's worth noting that there's already been some drama around the PS Plus games this month. Sony revealed that Tekken: Dark Resurrection would be the PS Plus Premium for this month at the recent State of Play, but many fans are unhappy because it is the PSP version. Which version is ultimately better is a point of preference, but overall, many fans were not happy about it. At the same time, an online source claimed Final Fantasy 16 and Dragon's Dogma 2 were coming to PS Plus, and that has been confirmed as fake.
Instead, the new games coming to PS Plus Extra and Premium are Astroneer, Madden NFL 26, Metal Eden, Blasphemous 2, Persona 5 Royal, The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, Warhammer 40K:...
