Capcom's Resident Evil Requiem continues to be a runaway success for the company as it confirms the game has smashed a franchise record after selling 6 million copies. After launching at the end of February 2026, Resident Evil Requiem clearly resonated with critics and players as the game saw impressive review scores and engagement from players, especially on platforms like Steam.
