Bloodborne PC Remaster Just Got A Surprise Release Thanks To Fans

Over recent months, Bloodborne has received something of a makeover when it comes to its unofficial PC port. Sony may be keeping its hands on Bloodborne and keeping a remaster, remake, or PC port away from fans, but thanks to its dedicated modding community, it is now possible to play the FromSoftware hit from start to finish on PC. Better yet, it looks better than ever.

Courtesy of modder fromsoftserve, this free update will make it possible for almost every PC user to dive into Bloodborne without any drama or hassle.

Available on Nexus Mods as the new-and-improved version of fromsoftserve's previous Bloodborne PC port, BB PC Remaster, otherwise known as Version 0.99.57, is now available to download. The original mod adds dynamic shadows to every area of the game, as well as boosts to shadow render distance, stability, parallax occlusion mapping, and new pointlights added to unlit light sources such as candles, and lamps. Now, thanks to the newest version of this mod, ReShade is no longer required for this mod. Instead, users will be able to use fromsoftserve's ReShade preset and disable the in-game AA via the ShadPS4 patch menu.
