Crimson Desert is set to be one of the biggest RPG releases of the year, with thousands of players waiting in the wings to get exploring in what promises to be one of the most enormous open-worlds that we've seen in any game anywhere.
Developed by Pearl Abyss, the upcoming release is one of huge ambition across the board with everything from the visuals to the story designed to keep the community locked in for hundreds of hours. With Crimson Desert set to release on March 19, things are looking pretty good overall, but there has been one possible point of contention that keeps rearing its head.
Specifically, the graphics look so good that there have been fears about how it will run on a base PS5, with none of the promotional videos using the console for gameplay footage. Now, said footage has finally emerged, and it's good news for those who were hoping to play without upgrading to the PS5 Pro.
On the official PlayStation Japan YouTube channel, a video was uploaded showcasing 20 minutes of gameplay with Crimson Desert running on a normal PS5, and the good news is that it looks great and runs...
