Crimson Desert's First Review Posted Online Early

Hype around the upcoming release of sprawling open world action adventure Crimson Desert has continued to build over the last few months, with many suspecting that it could be an early contender for Game of the Year when all of the dust settles by the end of 2026.

Developed by Pearl Abyss, the game will supposedly offer hundreds of hours of content for players to enjoy, with players exploring the continent of Pywel, in a narrative-focused experience where players will be attempting to save the land from a mysterious looming threat.

All of that obvious potential in mind, we don't actually know if it's able to deliver on its promise, with reviews still currently under embargo, despite the game currently being in the hands of a lucky few. Now, it seems the first impressions have emerged online early, and it's good news for everyone who is excited to play on day one.

Over on Reddit, one user shared the news that Korean streamer and YouTuber G-tti had shared his impressions after playing for ten hours a day since he managed to get his hands on a review code.
