Steam Users Have Until March 22 to Get Creature Collection Game Completely Free of Charge

Steam's Free to Keep promotion is back with a brand new creature collection game called Pet Lands, a game more like Palworld than Pokemon. In it, players collect coins, hatch pets to perform mining tasks, and explore a handful of areas.

Steam's Free to Keep promotion is popular for obvious reasons: sometimes buying a new game is risky, but a free one rarely is. It can be hard to keep up with the promotion as it is seemingly applied randomly, but generally speaking, there are a couple of games made free every week. Pet Lands typically retails at $14.99, but until 12 pm CT on March 22, they can claim it for free.

The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation launches an investigation into several games confirmed to contain malware on Steam.

Pet Lands is described as an "incremental clicker/idle creature collection adventure game," which is a lot to say that the main and primary goal is to collect tons of coins via creatures.
