Fallout 5 Can Wait, This New Vegas Remaster Is Glorious

The Fallout franchise is in a remarkably good place right now, particularly considering that it's been over a decade since the last major release in the single-player series.

Unfortunately, it seems like we're not going to get another entry anytime soon, with Bethesda Entertainment's focus almost entirely on getting The Elder Scrolls VI into players' hands as soon as possible, which is understandable given that Skyrim came out all the way back in 2011.

Though there is obviously lots of crossover between the two fan bases, there are plenty of folks out there who only have eyes for the post-apocalypse, and they will inevitably be wrestling with the disappointing reality of a distinct lack of Fallout 5 for some time to come yet.

Happily, there are other ways to fill the time and one of the best ways to do so is going back to the excellent older games, but next time you do why not give it a whole new look.
