Embark Studios has confirmed it will be returning loadouts to some ARC Raiders players after the game's servers became unstable for approximately 12 hours, resulting in some players unfairly losing their weapons and gear due to the issues. ARC Raiders' servers are once again operational at the time of writing this article, but anybody who was affected by the outage and lost a loadout will want to keep an eye on their in-game inboxes, as Embark has now begun returning kits to players.
ARC Raiders has been a huge success for Embark following its launch last October, picking up Best Multiplayer at the 2025 Game Awards, becoming one of Steam's most played games, receiving rave reviews from both players and critics, and selling over 12 million copies in its first few months. The studio has also maintained player interest thanks to a steady stream of major content updates, adding new enemy types, map conditions, weapons, and more throughout the back end of 2025 and the first months of 2026. And the best is still to come, as Embark is now gearing up to release a brand-new map and a new large ARC enemy in April's much-anticipated Riven Tides update....
