It was just seven days ago that we reported Crimson Desert had surpassed 3 million copies sold, and now the game is back in the headlines after hitting the 4 million mark. This latest milestone was shared directly via the game’s official Twitter account.
It’s great to see the game getting so much love, especially considering it had a rocky launch. However, Pearl Abyss has been paying close attention to player feedback and actively addressing issues.
Most recently, the developer released Update 1.01, which tackles several of the problems players had with the game. This includes improvements to fast travel, as well as the addition of more storage space, both of which were highly requested by the community.
We also reviewed Crimson Desert, and while we noted that the game has some rough spots, we still came away really enjoying the experience.
