Warhorse Studios is releasing a hefty amount of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 artwork in a new book later this year. The historical fiction RPG was a standout title last year, earning a Game of the Year nomination at The Game Awards 2025, and has quickly become beloved in the genre for its well-researched recreation of medieval Bohemian society.

The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is an astounding 384-page tome published by Dark Horse Books, and will release on September 15, 2026. It contains "hundreds of sketches, concepts, and behind-the-scenes insights" into the making of KCD2. It covers everything from building the picturesque landscapes of Bohemia to piecing together "historically accurate Kuttenberg." The hardcover book is going for $69.99, and can be found on all sorts of retail sites and online bookstores.

It will likely be a while yet before Warhorse Studios' next game. The sequel took seven years to follow the first game, and then the rest of 2025 was spent releasing KCD2's DLC expansions.
