Recently, Playground Games has released the official PC requirements for its upcoming open-world racing title, Forza Horizon 6. This is easily one of the most anticipated entries in the series, especially as it takes the Horizon Festival to Japan. From neon-lit city streets to iconic countryside roads, and of course, plenty of opportunities for drifting, the setting alone has fans excited for what’s next.

However, with PC hardware prices still fluctuating and availability not always guaranteed, you’ll want to make sure your system is ready before jumping in.

On PC, Forza Horizon 6 comes packed with a range of modern features, including support for NVIDIA DLSS 4, AMD FSR 3/4, and Intel XeSS 2.1, alongside uncapped framerates for smoother performance. Players can also take advantage of ultrawide monitor support, enhanced visuals through ray-traced reflections and global illumination, and full compatibility with both controllers and racing wheels. Additionally, the game will be playable on handheld devices such as the Steam Deck, ROG Ally, and ROG Xbox Ally, offering flexibility for those who want to race on the go.
