Kicking off back with Uncharted: Drake's Fortune in 2007, Naughty Dog's action-adventure franchise has become a household name. Telling the story of Nathan Drake, the descendant of adventurer Sir Francis Drake, we follow him on his journey to El Dorado as he hunts for lost treasure alongside journalist Elena Fisher and mentor Victor Sullivan. Followed by Uncharted 2: Among Thieves in 2009, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception in 2011, and finally, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End in 2016, fans have been eagerly anticipating a fifth installment. However, with Naughty Dog turning its attention to The Last of Us franchise in recent years, the Uncharted franchise has taken something of a back seat. Other than the live-action movie adaptation that we do not mention.
