I can't say enough good things about The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. While it was initially billed as an oddball adventure by some, it eventually grew into a universally beloved classic, and even got a 3DS remake.
In the midst of folks clamoring for a full-on modern remake on Switch 2, it's also being reimagined in a big way on X, and fans are loving it.
On X, you can check out a cleaned-up Majora's Mask that still retains its original look while appearing slightly sharper and more modern. According to creator Usama Javaid, it's "The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask recomp with nerrel's textures + 3Ds child Link + CRT effect."
Naturally, fans are loving it: "Honestly, a very damn good looking CRT filter, might be the only one I would use besides using a real CRT. respect."
The thing is, Majora's Mask already looks fantastic as-is. There is very little you need to change, because the original designs and uniqueness of the world of Termina hold up indefinitely. While Ocarina of Time is also fantastic in its own right, the Zelda team really hunkered down and made Majora's Mask even more personality-driven....
