Fallout 4 Has A Secret Room We All Missed For Years

Bethesda Entertainment games have become well known for the number of details and little secrets that they manage to include for players to uncover, whether you prefer the fantasy setting of The Elder Scrolls, or the post-apocalyptic bleakness of Fallout.

The most recent game in the mainline single-player series for the latter was Fallout 4, which still has players exploring its every nook and cranny despite releasing over a decade ago. The release of the Anniversary Edition brought with it a bunch of Creation Club content, but if you've stuck with the base game, there's still plenty to uncover.

Arguably the most famous mystery in the game is The Secret of Cabot House, an entirely missable side quest that culminates with you discovering a man named Lorenzo Cabot being kept in an underground cell. The kicker there is that he's also 452 years old, having been granted a form of immortality from an ancient alien artifact he discovered.

At the same time, useful gameplay discoveries like the duffel bags and root cellar in Sanctuary, as well as the hidden treasure vault in an unmarked location are all worth knowing about before your next playthrough.
