Yesterday saw the news break that the hit FromSoftware title Bloodborne will be welcoming an R-rated animated movie courtesy of Sony Pictures and YouTuber Seán William "Jack" McLoughlin, best known as JackSepticEye. With a YouTuber leading the charge as producer, fans were left feeling divided. However, with the movie promised to remain "very true" to the FromSoftware RPG, retaining its gory nature and dark themes, there is hope, especially as the arrival of a movie adaptation could mean a bright future for the 2015 hit.
