A trusted journalist and insider has revealed the first details surrounding the next installment in the EA Sports UFC series, which is rumored to be launching for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S later this year. The last EA Sports UFC game was released back in 2023 and received numerous content updates right up until January of this year. Now it appears as though EA is gearing up to launch UFC 6, with a recent leak suggesting it could even release on PC for the first time ever.
Rumors that EA is developing EA Sports UFC 6 first started circulating all the way back in 2024, when journalist Mike Straw said that the game was now in full production. News on the next entry has been quiet ever since, up until recently, when UFC president Dana White revealed during a livestream with Adin Ross that EA Sports UFC 6 will finally release this year and that covers are currently being finalized. White said there will be "two covers" for the MMA title, presumably a standard edition and deluxe edition, although the UFC president didn't divulge specific details.
