Star Trek: Resurgence, an officially-licensed adventure game set after the events of Star Trek: The Next Generation, is currently in the process of being delisted from digital storefronts. According to a new Steam community post, Star Trek: Resurgence is being removed from digital platforms due to licensing issues.
Developed by Dramatic Labs, a studio founded by former Telltale developers, Star Trek: Resurgence hit PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S in May 2023. Much like the majority of Telltale games, Star Trek: Resurgence's gameplay primarily revolves around the player making choices that impact the narrative, as well as engaging in brief quick time events and participating in some simple action sequences. Story-wise, Star Trek: Resurgence takes place after Star Trek: Nemesis, and sees players assume the role of two Starfleet officers who are tasked with escorting Ambassador Spock to a once-peaceful alien planet.
Though she only appears in a single episode throughout the franchise, this character is more important than she might seem.
