Insomniac has been extremely busy. It has Marvel's Wolverine slated for this September, but thanks to a mega-leak, we know there might be a lot more in the works, particularly for the Spider-Man series. Following the news that at least one Spider-Man game was canceled, there's hope for more after another leak.
Over on X, fans are speculating just what this new leak means, but many are ready for an official Marvel's Spider-Man 3 reveal sooner rather than later.
On X, Ben Jordan, the face model for Insomniac's Marvel's Spider-Man, revealed that he's been "working on a new Spider-Man project." Interestingly, the post has since been deleted, all but confirming that it's fully in the works, likely for Marvel's Spider-Man 3.
Given the massive success of the first two, it makes sense that there's a third one on the way, and the mega-leak essentially confirmed it. But things change, and as of April 2026, work on this upcoming Spider-Man project is still underway.
That said, this could be any number of Spider-Man projects in the works at Insomniac, including the long-rumored and highly anticipated Venom game. It would make perfect sense...
