Following frequent teases and rumors of an Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag remake, the upcoming game has finally been revealed through an official Ubisoft platform. Last month, Ubisoft told fans to "keep [their] spyglass on the horizon" and provided a piece of concept art for Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced, confirming its existence but stopping short of showing the game itself.

Now, a first look at the game has dropped through the official Ubisoft Connect client. Reddit user ZamnBoii shared a screenshot of the platform with a banner for Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced, featuring a render of Edward Kenway's new look.

The new Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced image shows Edward in black and gold attire, with a flaming pirate flag, battered ship, and stormy weather behind him. On Ubisoft Connect, the banner text offers Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers the opportunity to "(Re)Play this classic swashbuckling adventure on Day 1," although no mention of the actual release date is made.

This update seems to be a mistake, as Ubisoft hasn't actually revealed the game in a livestream or online update yet. Even as an accident, though, it's more of an official reveal than a leak, as the source is straight...
