Saros, which is just a couple of weeks away from release, is set to be one of the biggest PlayStation 5 exclusives of the year, alongside the likes of Marvel's Wolverine. Now, ahead of its launch on April 30, developer Housemarque has pulled back the curtain on the many exclusive features and enhancements planned for the PlayStation 5 Pro version of Saros.
Following the huge success of Returnal, which was, at the time, one of the biggest and most critically acclaimed PlayStation 5 exclusives, Housemarque is looking to build on the gameplay elements introduced in the 2021 release with its next IP, Saros. First revealed during a State of Play in early 2025, the next title from Housemarque was initially set to launch in March 2026, but a delay pushed Saros' release date back by an additional month. Saros is now set to launch exclusively for PlayStation 5 on April 30.
Saros is right around the corner, and gamers who want to try out predecessor Returnal ahead of its launch can expect some solid playtime.
