Whether or not Cyberpunk 2077 should have featured a multiplayer mode still remains an area of contention for fans, with the majority happy to be able to hit the streets of Night City and experience a single-player RPG experience, whilst others wish for a way to cause chaos with friends. Although CD Projekt RED has always been proud to call Cyberpunk 2077 a single-player game, some of the title's ever-growing community have taken matters into their own hands by creating their very own multiplayer modes.
That is the case for CyberMP over on YouTube, who showcased what a multiplayer 2v2 deathmatch could look like in Cyberpunk 2077.
In a video shared to CyberMP's YouTube channel, we can see a sneak peek at their project which includes adding a 2v2 deathmatch with real players to Cyberpunk 2077. In the video, we can see player in first-person hunting down other beloved Cyberpunk 2077 characters such as Judy in a deathmatch environment. Much like many FPS games, you can expect to hunt each other down in a series of Night City-inspired maps, and, of course, rack up that kill count as you kill or be killed....
