Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 took the gaming world by storm last year, scooping up more Game Awards than any release in history and performing beyond even the wildest of predictions from experts.
The game was praised for everything from its impressive storytelling to its beautiful soundtrack and intuitive combination of turn-based combat and real-time events. All of those successes mean that thoughts among the community have turned to what exactly developer Sandfall Interactive plans to do next, and they have started dropping subtle hints here and there.
Over on Reddit, one user shared a post from GamesRadar+ and Edge Magazine, in which they interviewed the developers behind Expedition 33. When responding to a question about what the next game might hold for players, lead writer Jennifer Svedberg-Yen shared the following insight:
