Since it was first announced back in September 2024, the highly anticipated Hogwarts Legacy sequel has been the subject of multiple rumors and leaks, but not much official information. At the time of writing, it has been confirmed that Hogwarts Legacy 2 is set to "coincide" with the launch of 2027's Harry Potter television show, although we do not know what this entails. The potential 2027 release date for Hogwarts Legacy entered overdrive earlier this month after Avalanche Software announced that it had hired a Community Manager for the sequel. Taking to r/HarryPotterGame, the new Community Manager, Cody (Vaknar), thanked fans for the warm welcome to the team and shared what role he would be taking in the management of Hogwarts Legacy's sequel.
