Following the recent launch of hit social simulation games such as Pokémon Pokopia and Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, the genre is very much back in the limelight, and although the Animal Crossing franchise is yet to release another entry since the launch of Animal Crossing: New Horizons back in 2020, the love for the Nintendo hit is still very much alive. As such, this upcoming release is guaranteed to appeal to all of those who fell in love with the social simulation title during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It may not be the next installment in the Animal Crossing franchise, or even the DLC we have all been waiting for, but it is definitely the next best thing as fans of the long-running Nintendo series will be able to get their hands on some adorable merchandise.
