There is no shortage of great experiences to be found on Xbox Game Pass. Despite recent price increases (and there are more recent rumblings of the price going back down), Game Pass is still an attractive service if you want to play a wide variety of video games. But each title's time on the Game Pass is limited, and a week from today, April 23, will see the removal of a must-play first-person shooter.
Hunt: Showdown 1896 is among a handful of games leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of the month. According to the official Xbox Wire announcement highlighting the second wave of April additions to Game Pass, these eight games are leaving alongside Hunt: Citizen Sleeper, Creatures of Ava, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Endless Legend 2, Goat Simulator, Goat Simulator Remastered, NHL 24, and Revenge of the Savage Planet. There are plenty of bangers there you may want to test out before their gone, but Hunt: Showdown is definitely a game you should not overlook if you like shooters.
